Cardi B Featured As First Female Performer At AVN Porn Awards

Stripper-turned-superstar Cardi B is the perfect artist to be featured at the upcoming AVN Awards. The AVN’s are an annual awards ceremony honoring stars in the adult film industry. The AVN’s, dubbed the ‘Oscars of porn,’ will for the first time this year have an all-female cast of co-hosts, comedians, and, of course, Cardi B.

“I’m so excited that the AVN Awards chose me to be their first female performer ever,” the rapper said. At the show, the hip-hop star will reportedly be able to “go to town” at the nearby AVN Novelty Expo, “which features sex workshops, seminars and lots of fun products to try out,” AVN sources said. The AVN president had this to say about Cardi B performing at adult entertainment showcase: “We are beyond thrilled to be welcoming Cardi B to perform at the 2019 AVN Awards.”

Harvard Sex Week Covers ‘BDSM In The Dorm Room’

The course “BDSM in the dorm room” was one of the more popular offerings, along with a class on polyamory and an “A-Z guide of sexual fetishes.” The focus of the fetish class was to help students learn how to communicate their desires to try out a fetish with their partners.

Male Birth Control Gel Could Replace Condoms

The National Institutes of Health is funding an experimental study to evaluate the effectiveness of a gel that could be used as a male contraceptive, replacing condoms and vasectomies. The gel, called NES/T, includes progestin and testosterone, and is applied to the back and shoulders and absorbed through the skin.

The progestin blocks natural testosterone production in the testes, reducing sperm production to low or nonexistent levels, officials said. The replacement testosterone maintains normal sex drive and other functions that are dependent on adequate blood levels of the hormone, according to medical experts. “A safe, highly effective and reversible method of male contraception would fill an important public health need.” The future is now!

Chinese Novelist Sentenced To 10 Years In Jail For Gay Sex Scenes

A Chinese novelist has been given a 10-year jail sentence for writing gay sex scenes. The writer was jailed for “producing and selling pornographic materials,” which is illegal in China. His novel sold about 7,000 copies and described “a forbidden love affair between a teacher and student which officials said was filled with ‘graphic depictions of male homosexual sex scenes’ suffused with violence,” according to Newsweek.

China is in the midst of a heightened porn crackdown: “Last week, regulators doubled the reward money given to citizens who report pornographic content to police—$118,000 is now up for grabs,” reports ABC. “In the same week, China’s top cyber authority also wiped almost 10,000 accounts from various social media sites, accusing them of posting vulgar and ‘politically harmful information.’” Four others involved with the novel have also been jailed.

Meanwhile, about 17 percent of respondents stepped outside of their relationships with people they met on social media,” reports NY Post. An Illicit Encounters spokesperson adds, “If your partner regularly goes out with work colleagues on a Friday night, this should raise suspicions, particularly if they always go out with you the following night.” Researchers believe this is because “The Saturday night date is partly due to guilt over the Friday night liaison.”
