The first-ever Pornhub Awards started with a bang thanks to a guest appearance from Kanye West. The rapper surprised everyone when he performed new music, and also debuted the video for his new single “I Love It,” directed by Spike Jones. Not only that, but West also worked behind the scenes with the awards as its co-creative director, designing everything from the stage to the award statuettes.

According to a release from the awards, “Kanye has designed a bespoke erotica-inspired award statue for each of tonight’s unique categories. In line with the futurist theme, the award statues represent imagined alien sex toys.” The event itself featured data-sourced winners in categories like “top fetish performer” and “most popular male pornstar.” Sounds like the Pornhub Awards show was a real winner!

Mexican City Tells Police To Ignore Sex In Public

Mexico’s second-largest city, Guadalajara, has made it harder to police sex in public, including places like parks, alleys, entertainment venues and cars. Police have been instructed to look the other way if they see public sex acts, unless they’ve received a specific complaint from a third party.

Under the modification to the Policing and Good Government Code passed in August, police officers can now only intervene in public sex or detain a couple with a citizens’ request. City lawmakers believe that “it would discourage police corruption, refocus officers on more serious offenses and not lead to any increase in lewd behavior.” Many couples have complained about corrupt police unfairly demanding bribes for tame sexual behavior. A new study found that almost two-thirds of millennials sleep naked, and those who do have better sex and a more satisfying rest. Those who slept nude also reported that they had more sex than those who don’t.

The survey reveals that men are more likely to sleep nude than women but more than half of the women who responded also said they like to sleep naked. Some of the respondents said that sleeping naked made them feel “more comfortable,” and twenty percent said their genitals felt “free and happy.” Time to get rid of those PJ’s!

Pornhub Picks Up HBO’s Adult Programming

Your late-night HBO favs just found a new home on porn mega-site Pornhub. HBO recently announced that it will no longer offer its infamous adult content, like documentary series Real Sex, Taxicab Confessions, and Cathouse. Pornhub wants to stream these classics, as well as reboot a few of HBO’s late-night adult programming.

Both HBO Go and HBO pulled the “After Dark” titles, saying, “There hasn’t been a strong demand for this kind of adult programming, perhaps because it’s easily available elsewhere.” Obviously, it means Pornhub, who responded with, “It’s a shame to see HBO rid itself of its late-night adult programming, and we consider classic shows such as Taxicab Confessions and Real Sex, among others, to be vestiges of a bygone era.” The adult streaming site added, “At the end of the day we’re all about penetrating new markets, and we’re excited to insert ourselves into this discussion and hopefully provide more compelling original content for our fans.”
