Amsterdam Is Considering Banning Its Red Light District

Holland is considering a ban on paid sex, which could leave the future of Amsterdam’s famous red light district uncertain. The Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA) is pushing (again) for paying for sex to be a punishable offense. The debate is being revived by the CDA in the Dutch parliament to supposedly protect “mostly women who are treated unequally.”

The CDA would like to follow a legal model similar to Sweden, where the buyer is prosecuted but prostitutes are not. The CDA’s coalition partners are reportedly opposed to the ban, saying it will only drive prostitution underground. Thankfully, it has been claimed that the chance of criminalizing paid sex in the Netherlands is extremely low due to this opposition.

Bella Thorne’s Sister Incites Fury After Joining OnlyFans To Fight With Sex Workers

Kalli Thorne has made things much worse for her sister Bella Thorne on OnlyFans. She joined the platform and promptly started making incendiary comments about sex work not being work and other offensive statements. “The argument is that sex should not be work,” she said. “That’s why it turns into human trafficking and should be stopped.”

She added, “Sex work does not exist. It is not real. Would I call it legit? No. Nothing about ‘sucking for crack’ is legitimate.” Thorne’s comments come less than a week after OnlyFans announced a lengthened payout time and max limits on tips and post prices, which could devastate sex workers who use the app as a primary source of income. Many people have blamed these changes on Bella Thorne, who was accused of “scamming” her subscribers by failing to deliver nudes—and it seems the shit-show she’s created is far from over.

Raunchy New Show “Harlots” Is About Brothels In 18th Century London

BBC viewers are loving Harlots, which details the booming sex industry of 18th century London. The show opened with a very raunchy scene, showing a compilation of the “Harlots” having sex with customers. As one fan said on Twitter: “This started off with a bang in every sense of the word.”

A second tweeted: “Spanking, nipples and bare bottoms so far on #harlots.” The brothels were influenced by 1700s prostitution guidebook Harris’s List Of Covent Garden Ladies, a guide to the capital’s sex workers—some of whom specialized in domination. Each edition contained information about the women who worked in brothels, providing details of their ages, physical appearance and sexual specialties as well as stories about these women’s lives.

In the mood for something raunchy? Come to NiteFlirt, and let’s get this party started with a bang!

Hamburg’s Prostitutes Protest The Closure Of The City’s Legal Brothels

Prostitutes demonstrated in Hamburg’s red light district to demand that Germany’s brothels be allowed to reopen after months of closures amid the coronavirus lockdown. The country, which has been widely praised for its rapid coronavirus response, is keeping brothels closed while allowing shops, restaurants and bars to open again. Sex workers in Germany—where prostitution is legal—say they are being singled out and deprived of their livelihoods despite not posing a greater health risk.

The Association of Sex Workers said brothels could easily incorporate pandemic safety measures adopted by other industries, including face masks, ventilating premises and recording visitors’ contact details. “Prostitution does not carry a greater risk of infection than other close-to-body services, like massages, cosmetics or even dancing or contact sports,” the association said in a statement. “Hygiene is part of the business in prostitution.”

Bolivian Sex Workers Wear See-Through Rain Jackets As “Biosecurity Suits”

Image Source: Flickr.com | User: purits

Bolivian sex workers are preparing to return to work after lockdown—with gloves, bottles of bleach and see-through raincoats. The thigh-high “biosecurity suits” are among a number of recommendations in a 30-page coronavirus security manual drawn up by the Organization of Night Workers of Bolivia (OTN). The group is pushing authorities to lift the restrictions put in place during the lockdown.

One sex worker demonstrated how she could layer on top a paper face mask, plastic visor, gloves and a raincoat—in addition to donning a thong, a sequined eye-mask and a sheer, crotch-height dress for work. She gave a demonstration of how she sprays a bleach solution on the pole she uses to dance for clients at the brothel that she operates with several other women. “The biosecurity suit will allow us to work and protect ourselves,” she said. “Our clients respect the issue of safety, that we are taking these measures for our security, but also for theirs.”

Sex Worker Offers “Virtual Girlfriend” Experience

A sex worker has a new career—as a call girl-friend. The Nevada escort offers a “virtual girlfriend experience” for lonely Johns in lockdown. “I can be there for you,” the self-proclaimed “girl next door” says, whose services range from online canoodling to sharing pictures and talking.

“It’s kind of like when we’re together, it would include like cuddling and sharing each moment in between, taking our time,” she explains. While not nearly as X-rated as webcam sessions, she says kinksters get a new kind of intimate experience beyond sex. Prices are tailored to the nature of each session and she says she even accepts Amazon gift cards and groceries as payment.

New Bill Aims To Fingerprint Adult Entertainers

Vote No on Prop 60

Porn stars in California have blasted a bill which would require adult entertainers to be fingerprinted and obtain a work license. The bill was introduced in a bid to increase education and regulation in the X-rated industry.  An initial draft of the bill proposed that each performer would pay for and complete training every three years, educating them on “reporting workplace injuries,” “how to avoid sexually transmitted diseases” and “resources for assistance.”

The draft also declared that each performer—both amateur webcam performers and professional porn stars—would be required to have their fingerprints taken as part of initial training and would need to obtain a valid business license prior to work. The bill was slammed by both professors and porn stars: “The industry simply isn’t comparable to other jobs which require permitting,” one Washington University academic told The Los Angeles Times. Meanwhile, others claim that the bill does not address how many workers  – particularly webcam performers – do porn on the side: “This isn’t just the porn stars in the [San Fernando] Valley anymore, this is your neighbors,” said vice president of the Adult Performers Actors Guild.

Gay Male Escort Sues BDSM Client For Defamation

feet-1095408_1280A gay male escort hit his kinky client where it hurts—and not in a fun way. The escort claims he was hired on Rent.Men by a client to have BDSM play sessions—but when he stated he wanted to keep their kinky hook-ups professional, the client threatened to ruin his career. According to the sex worker, the client began to spread lies that ultimately led to the escort losing work through Rent.Men.

Because of the “barrage of false allegations against him, Plaintiff has suffered a notable decrease in selling his time and companionship to others through Rent.Men,” the lawsuit alleges. The escort’s lawyer says, “Our client entered into a consensual, professional relationship with the defendant, who is now seeking to exploit our clients’ professional field in maintaining a campaign of terror against him.” When BDSM goes bad…

Instagram Deletes Profiles Of 1,300 Adult Performers

SextingAdult performers are slamming Instagram over what they claim is unfair enforcement of the platform’s community guidelines on nudity and sexual content. BBC reports that at least 1,300 adult performers say their profiles have been deleted by Instagram despite not ever showing nudity or sex. Performers say their posts are subject to a double-standard and that similar images posted by users who aren’t in the porn industry are allowed to remain on the platform without scrutiny.

Adult performers protested outside of Instagram’s office to draw attention to the unfair treatment. Rallies led to discussions between performers and the platform, but while some performers have gotten their accounts reinstated after filing a complaint with Instagram, the platform and its parent company Facebook have continued to draw a hard line over adult performers and sexual content on their sites. Other major platforms have also begun to reject nudity, including Tumblr which made the controversial decision to ban porn and sexual content.

Facebook Clamps Down On Rules For Sex Workers

NiteFlirt_best_Phone _Sex_FaceBookA new Facebook policy tightening rules on sexual content has significant repercussions for sex workers. The new rules updated guidelines on “sexual solicitation,” involving a ban on “sexual emojis or emoji strings” and nudity “covered by human parts,” among other changes. Facebook’s Community Standards is defining sexual solicitation as a user “implicitly or indirectly” offering some form of sexual communication, be it “nude imagery,” sex, or “sex chat conversations.”

The rules also include anything that can be considered “sexually suggestive,” such as sex positions, fetish scenarios, or self-pleasuring. The new rules mean sex workers can no longer post nude photos censored with pasties, emoji, or their hands covering their bare breasts. Facebook still bans a wide assortment of sexual material under its Adult Nudity and Sexual Activity section, which includes “digital content” featuring “explicit sexual intercourse,” “implied sexual intercourse,” “stimulation of naked human nipples,” and fetishism with “urine, spit, snot,” and other bodily fluids.
