Yoga Can Help Men Last Three Times Longer In Bed

Men who want to last longer during sex might want to take up yoga. A new scientific review published in Men’s Health looked at different techniques that could help men last longer—without using erectile-dysfunction medications. Researchers analyzed 54 studies that included 3,485 men, including one where 26 men took 12 weeks of yoga, and more than tripled the time they lasted during sex.

In another study, men who ran at least 30 minutes a day for five days a week went from lasting an average of 39 seconds during sex to more than 30 minutes, compared to the inactive men who lasted just 50 seconds by the end of the study. Overall, the authors concluded that physical activity could be a potential therapy to help improve men’s sexual performance. “Most men may not have performed as well as they wanted to at some point, and could benefit from lifestyle changes and techniques to help last longer,” the researchers said.

Bride-To-Be Gets Kinky Tattoo Groom Won’t See Until Wedding Night

A kinky bride-to-be is blowing up on TikTok after revealing her secret tattoo intended for her wedding night. The woman has permanently branded her backside, tattooing it with the first initial of her groom’s name for him to discover during doggy-style sex on their first evening as husband and wife. “I’m getting a secret tattoo for my fiancé, and he doesn’t know about it … and he’s going to find out on the wedding day,” the woman said in her trending TikTok, filmed 11 days ahead of her nuptials.

In the video, which has amassed over 464,000 views, the woman captures clips of herself grinning while getting a black cursive-style “G” inked onto her ass for the groom, Greg. “I definitely did have ‘doggy’ [style sex] in mind when I got this tattoo,” she explained. “It’s going to be amazing. It’s gonna be a nice little spicy secret surprise,” she said.

Women Have Time For Sex But Not Always Orgasms

Women are less likely to pursue orgasms if they are under a time constraint or have a selfish partner, according to a Rutgers University-led study. “There are contextual, societal and personal factors that likely create barriers that prevent women from feeling able to actively pursue orgasm,” said a Rutgers social psychology doctoral student who advocates for “orgasm equality” on Instagram, where she has more than 21,000 followers. According to the study, published in the Journal of Sex Research, women use cues and adjust their pursuit of an orgasm in each sexual encounter.

In a series of experiments, researchers had heterosexual women imagine themselves in a sexual scenario and consider how much time they had or how selfish their partner seemed—afterward, the subjects reported their outcomes based on how strongly they would go after an orgasm and how likely they would be to have one. The study indicated women who pursue orgasm as a goal are more likely to reach climax. Researchers suggested that men should tell their female partners that they want their pleasure to be a priority, without putting pressure on their partners to orgasm.

Gillian Anderson Wants To Know Your Wildest Sex Fantasies

Gillian Anderson wants your seX-files. The actress is inviting people to write letters detailing their sexual fantasies for her new book on the female sexual experience. “I want women across the world, and all of you who identify intrinsically as women now…. to write to me and tell me what you think about when you think about sex,” Anderson said.

“Whether it’s when you’re having it by yourself or with a partner, or with more than one. Tell me.” She aims to document the sex lives of women around the globe to help shed light on “women’s sexuality and what it means to be a woman today.” This collection was inspired by Nancy Friday’s revolutionary 1973 best seller, “My Secret Garden,” which also compiled letters regarding the female sexual experience.

Manifesting Orgasms Using Sex Magic

Kinksters are spicing up their sex lives through “sex magic,” a type of sexual “manifestation” that utilizes “energy within.” While sex magic is often used for self-pleasure, it’s traditionally much more involved than simple “manifesting.” In 2020, Vice writer Helen Meriel Thomas detailed her dabbles into the kinky craft, claiming it was a multi-step ritual that involved setting intentions, breathing exercises, and, of course, masturbating.

For some, the intention might be as simple as a climax, but for others, they can “channel all of the electric energy of your orgasm into” the visualization of any goal. Some sex magic proponents also charge their sex toys in the moonlight or carve sigils on candles to burn. “There are some immediate effects because you are charged and aware of what you just did, but as the afterglow of an orgasm surfaces, so does the energy created and released into the universe,” one woman enthused.

Sex Cures Work Stress

Having sex is one of the best ways to recover from the pressures of the office, researchers have found. And women benefit from it even more than men, according to findings published in the Journal of Sex Research. One in five adults confess to regularly feeling stressed about work and numerous studies have found that pressure can crush a healthy sex drive.

Psychologists at Portland State University quizzed 1,100 men and women in full-time employment on how often they had had sex with their partner in the previous month. The findings revealed that, among those reporting high levels of work-related stress, more frequent sex led to better scores for both job and life satisfaction, especially for women. The researchers said: “We would encourage employees to dedicate uninterrupted leisure time to sexual activity to promote stress reduction, well-being, and positive work outcomes.”

Keke Palmer Shared The Best Sex Advice She Ever Got From Whoopi Goldberg

Keke Palmer has Whoopi Goldberg to thank for revolutionizing her sex life. On a recent episode of her podcast, Keke recalled, “I’ll never forget, I was on The View one time, and they were having a conversation about sex, a really great conversation, and Whoopi Goldberg said, ‘Please just—start with pleasing yourself.’ And I was like, ‘That rings true.'” The star said that pleasing her partners had always been her main priority in the bedroom.

“My identity with sex—it was always based upon, ‘Oh, I just gotta do this service,'” she said. “And my enjoyment, any enjoyment that I had at that era, in that point, in that time, came from, ‘I’m glad they’re happy.'” Keke also revealed that porn-style sex just doesn’t do it for her: “There was one time in my life where I thought porn simulation sex—because that’s what it sounds like to me, porn: simulated-esque sex—was something that could be interesting or fun,” she said, adding, “But I never actually had a happy ending from it, if I’m being, you know, lightly frank.”

Chinese Bots Swamp Twitter With Porn To Hide News Of Mass Protests

Chinese bots are swamping Twitter with sexually explicit posts about porn and escorts in an apparent bid to stop the spread of news about the massive protests against lockdowns and President Xi Jinping. Searches for major Chinese cities that have seen mass protests will “mostly see ads for escorts/porn/gambling, drowning out legitimate search results,” an analysis found. “Data analysis in this thread suggests that there has been a significant uptick in these spam tweets,” a news outlet said, sharing data retweeted by Stanford Internet Observatory.

The “vast majority”—more than 95%—appear to be spam accounts that “tweet at a high, steady rate throughout the day, suggesting automation,” the analysis said. Stanford University shared images of some of the dubious “escort ads,” which they said “make it more difficult for Chinese users to access information about the mass protests.” They wrote: “Sadly if a Chinese person decides to come to Twitter to find out what happened in China last night, these NSFW posts shared by bots are likely the first to show up in their search results.”

Cara Delevingne ‘Donated’ Orgasm To Science

Viewers were left speechless by the climax of Cara Delevingne’s new show “Planet Sex With Cara Delevingne.” The Supermodel and actress donated an orgasm to science on the six-part BBC docuseries—and viewers will be able to watch the results. Delevingne “gave the orgasm” while at a hospital in Germany.

Her donation went to researchers who wanted to test the blood of someone before and after orgasm in an effort to understand the body’s chemistry. The orgasmic episode is dedicated to investigating the “gender climax gap,” which shows that it is easier for men to climax while it is harder for women to do so. “I’m here to have an orgasm and donate it to science. I think female sexual desire has definitely been repressed,” Delevingne said. “I know from my own love life just how sexual women can be, so you’d think in the 21st century men and women should be having equally satisfying sex lives, right?”
