Michigan Republicans Want To Police Your Sex Positions

The three Republican candidates vying to become Attorney General said they oppose the Supreme Court ruling which allowed married couples to use birth control, saying the issue should be left to the states. The right to privacy established in that case, 1965’s Griswold v. Connecticut, is at stake—along with abortion and birth control access, legalization of marriage equality, and even sex. Current Michigan Attorney General, Democrat Dana Nessel, said her state still has an expansive sodomy law on the books that a conservative AG could weaponize, even against heterosexual couples.

“It’s a 15-year felony not just to have same-sex intimate relationships, [but] our sodomy statute basically prohibits everything but missionary sex,” said Nessel. “So oral sex and anal sex, to have those types of sexual acts with your legally consenting spouse, you could theoretically go to prison for up to 15 years—it’s the same [penalty] as sex by force,” she added. What it means, explained Nessel, is that “you don’t automatically have those rights as an American by virtue of the fact that you live in a nation that values your right to privacy and believes that government has no place in your bedroom,” adding “People ought to be very concerned about that.”

Pornhub And Other Sex Sites Face Ban In France

Pornhub and other XXX sites might have to say c’est la vie to France. The national media regulator recently announced that it had filed a legal complaint against the sites, which were told they needed to bring in a system to stop underage viewers. Pornhub, the world’s biggest pornography site, is targeted as well as Tukif, Xhamster, Xnxx and Xvideos.

The ban, if approved by the court, would see internet operators in France ordered to prevent users from accessing content posted on the websites: “If justice rules in favour, these websites will no longer be accessible from French territory or via addresses registered in France,” said France’s media regulator. When warned by the regulator recently, Pornhub criticized the watchdog’s decisions, which it said “infringe upon the privacy of adults.” The adult entertainment site also said that the move leaves a majority of the adult industry “completely unchecked,” pointing out that France is just banning a handful sites.

It seems men suffer—and women excel—by regularly indulging in adult entertainment. A new study has found frequent porn viewing can have disastrous effects on men’s sex lives, leaving them with low self-esteem, erectile dysfunction and an inability to satisfy their lovers. The research found that the more kinky videos a man watched over time, the more likely he was to report poor levels of sexual function.

Frequent male porn viewers had more problems maintaining erections and reaching ejaculation, and they reported lower levels of desire when it came time to have actual sex. Meanwhile, the study also surveyed thousands of women, and found the complete opposite: the more frequently a woman watched porn, the more likely she was to experience an increase in sexual self-competence, functioning and satisfaction. Researchers were unable to conclusively explain the reasons for this unexpected find but theorized it was due to the fact that women generally prefer softcore porn: “Men watch more hardcore/paraphilic porn and less softcore/mainstream porn than women . . . which may be associated with different sexual comparison processes and sexual outcomes.”

Loud Sex Is Ruining Hundreds Of New Yorkers’ Lives, Report Shows

New Yorkers made more than 270 sex complaints over the past year to the non-emergency hotline. Reports ranged from backyard orgies, to the sounds of “loud ruthless sex,” to the grunts of what one caller described as a “sexual-tyrannosaurus.” One Bronx woman complained, “Listen I am a christian woman, help this girl stop having loud sex before God does.”

The calls and online submissions were from all five boroughs and involved people describing all manner of carnal depravity going on in the apartments next door, in their building’s stairways and even right outside their window. “Orgy going on in the backyard, boobs and penis’ being flashed on the street,” a Queens resident said. “There is an obese gay man splashing his Latino lovers cheeks with his man syrup,” said another. FDA Authorizes First Condom Specifically Marketed For Anal Sex

The US Food and Drug Administration announced its first-ever authorization of a condom specifically intended for anal sex. The patootie prophylactics by Boston-based manufacturer Global Protection Corp. will be marketed as the One Male Condom, the agency said. They also are “indicated as a contraceptive to help reduce the risk of pregnancy and the transmission of STIs during vaginal intercourse,” the FDA noted.

“While today’s authorization underscores the public health importance of condoms tested and labeled specifically for anal intercourse, all other FDA-cleared condoms can continue to be used for contraception and STI prevention,” the FDA said. Companies have previously not been able to market condoms specifically for anal sex; experts believes this change will encourage LGBTQ folks to have safe sex. Bottoms up!
