Phone Sex

My story begins deep in the back of a used book store my freshman year of college. It was there that I first encountered the advice columnist, Abigail Van Buren… Or Dear Abby. I wish I could say it was kismet or divine intervention of something mystical, but the truth is that my name is Abby, so I was primed to notice the book titled ‘Dear Abby’. (HI all! I’m Abby!)

At the time, I was dealing with decisions about what to do with my life, how to handle people I was dating, how to politely, yet firmly, decline offers to do things I wasn’t interested in and somehow, I found all the answers in that Dear Abby book I purchased.

With a gentle tone, a quick quip and a lot of homespun wisdom, Dear Abby was able to be there for a lot of people who otherwise didn’t know what to do. I started my own advice column at my college paper and went from there. I soon learned about Dear Prudence, Ann Landers, Dan Savage and, to a lesser extent, Silence Dogood. But really Dan Savage.

I’ve tried here and there to offer sex advice to different people in column form, but nothing has ever quite worked. Then recently, something clicked. What if I could actually speak with people and offer them sex advice and delve into their fantasies with them? Almost like a talk radio program, except obviously not FCC compliant. Then I stumbled onto Niteflirt and things began to click.

I love sex (who doesn’t?). I think it is an integral part of life, important for both the continuation of the species as well as individuals’ own mental health. If someone is depressed, it still surprises me that therapists don’t immediately ask: when was the last time you had sex?

A lot of people are uncomfortable talking about sex, talking about what they want or simply what they are considering wanting. I have done a lot of reading on topics ranging from cuckolding to transitioning to forced gay fantasies to public displays of sexuality. I know a lot of the pros and potential challenges of these things. And I can help offer advice, insight or even how to go about achieving the results you want.
