What To Expect In A Call With Me

1. I recommend setting aside a minimum of 30 minutes, and preferably an hour, to talk. Also, many problems will take time to resolve. You might like to call more than once over the course of several days, weeks or months.

2. I will listen carefully and provide insightful feedback when appropriate. I am open, compassionate, empathetic, and encouraging.

3. I will only ask for the details you're comfortable sharing. Although stepping outside your comfort zone a bit can be healthy, it has to be your decision to do so. I won't push you to talk about things that are too scary.

I have significant unscheduled availability (including outside of normal business hours), so if you're looking for a trustworthy listener, you can often reach me.
