A Christmas party<\/a> at a Los Angeles Taco Bell descended into alcohol-fueled debauchery that included staffers at the fast food restaurant having three-way sex in full view of others, according to a lawsuit. A former employee filed suit against Taco Bell and a Colorado-based franchise owner alleging that she was forced to quit her job after she reported the X-rated incident to human resources. At around midnight, the woman said a co-worker was \u201chaving sex with his wife in front of everyone at the party,\u201d according to the complaint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The co-worker\u2019s wife was \u201cbent over\u201d and \u201ckissing both [the manager] and another co-worker,\u201d the complaint continued. After a company investigation, the co-workers involved in the alleged threesome were fired. She alleged in the complaint that Taco Bell and the franchisee \u201cdid nothing about retaliatory threats and instead told [her] that they were transferring her to a new location rather than disciplining the employees who threatened her,\u201d leaving her no choice but to quit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
