Speaking on her YouTube channel, which she uses to dispel medical disinformation, an associate professor of surgery at the University of Maryland, said\u00a0\u201cblue vulva\u201d occurs when women are \u201caroused and don’t achieve climax.\u201d The urologist explains that as blood <\/em>vessels narrow in the vulva, uterus, and ovaries, this blood build-up <\/em>can cause an uncomfortable heaviness.
