Some women say they send the sexy shots as a power move: \u201cI wanted to exert a sense of power over the men I sent nudes to; I could make them desire me and they would do anything to get a picture,\u201d one participant said. Still others said the sultry sharing was simply \u201cto feel sexually aroused.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPressure\u201d was one response, as was \u201cbeing repeatedly asked for it until you gave in,\u201d along with lighter answers such as \u201cto be fun or flirtatious\u201d and \u201cas a sexy present for\u00a0someone.\u201d But <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/12\/26\/women-feel-pressure-to-send-nudes-sexting-study\/\">the most common<\/a>\u2014selected by 35.3%\u2014was \u201crelationship norm expectation.\u201d The study\u2019s authors say, \u201cWe find that women are not thoughtlessly sending images of their bodies to others, but rather are acutely aware of their motivations.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feel like getting X-rated?
