An adult performer who is also the president of the Adult Performance Artists\u2019 Guild (APAG) said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/alanaevansxxx\/status\/1565846457038413824?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1565846457038413824%7Ctwgr%5E2f080ebee16fa38d464dc39ba5c7af649ae4267e%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&amp;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fnypost.com%2F2022%2F09%2F06%2Fsex-workers-say-wells-fargo-shut-their-bank-accounts%2F\">tearful Twitter video<\/a>: \u201cI don\u2019t bounce checks, I\u2019ve never done anything bad with my bank account, I don\u2019t have fraud alerts or do chargebacks.\u201d She read a letter that she received from Wells Fargo informing her that after a 30-year banking relationship, her account would be discontinued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA bank that I\u2019ve done business with for 30 years decided that I\u2019m not worthy of a relationship with them,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/09\/06\/sex-workers-say-wells-fargo-shut-their-bank-accounts\/\">she said, adding<\/a>: \u201cHow am I supposed to pay my bills? How am I supposed to get paid?\u201d In the letter, the bank stated that it \u201cperforms ongoing reviews of its account relationships in connection with the Bank\u2019s responsibilities to manage risks in its banking operations.\u201d Many other high-profile sex workers\u2014including a married couple who jointly run the Las Vegas-based pornographic production company YummyGirl Studios\u2014also told Rolling Stone magazine\u00a0that they, too, were informed by Wells Fargo that their account would be decommissioned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Want to show sex workers some love?
