The man who was born into a &#8220;seriously religious family&#8221; first came to rely on porn to relieve his stress after suffering a trauma, and had since &#8220;struggled with it for many years.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Though he felt porn was &#8220;in conflict with his religious and his moral beliefs,&#8221; he said that when he felt under pressure or stress he would watch. The judge in his case ruled increased viewing of pornography was a symptom and not a cause of his toxic work environment, which was ultimately caused by his anxiety over work issues.
