She’s now suing her ex for $1 million<\/a> on charges of battery, intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress, negligence and fraud. According to the court documents, \u201cDefendant dialed Plaintiff’s cell phone from his cell phone, apparently accidentally, while he was in the midst of a sexual encounter with an unknown male.\u201d<\/p>\n

The woman claims she listened to the tryst, which included \u201cexplicit sexual conversation\u201d and her boyfriend \u201cnarrating various actions\u201d for an hour and 28 minutes. She also tried to confront the defendant about what she heard\u2014and her subsequent STD diagnosis<\/a>\u2014but he allegedly refused to discuss the matter and cut off communication with her. The suit contends that she had stayed within the boundaries of her monogamous and heterosexual relationship with the defendant at \u201call times,\u201d and is demanding a trial by jury based on her claims for damages.<\/p>\n
