The rapper surprised everyone when he performed new music, and also debuted the video for his new single \u201cI Love It,\u201d directed by Spike Jones. Not only that, but West also worked behind the scenes with the awards as its co-creative director, designing everything from the stage to the award statuettes.<\/p>\n<p>According to a release from the awards, \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Melaninarts\/status\/1037955005930786816?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1037955005930786816&amp;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.dailydot.com%2Fupstream%2Fkanye-west-pornhub-awards%2F\">Kanye<\/a> has designed a bespoke erotica-inspired award statue for each of tonight\u2019s unique categories.
