\"Image<\/a>For a while there, it seemed body hair might be waxed for good. On the covers of countless men’s<\/a> magazines, perfectly waxed chests and clean shaven faces were all you’d see. But body hair<\/a> is coming back into fashion\u2014and now, manly, hairy chests<\/a> are even being embraced (endorsed?) by the New York Times!<\/p>\n

\u201cFor a new generation, the overly groomed body appears to be falling out of favor,\u201d Max Berlinger writes. This is great news for men who are eager to ditch their razors and wax kits in favor of a lush, furry chest. Any guy who’s waxed<\/a> knows the pain of bleeding and in-grown hairs, but now they can thankfully drop the waxing and go for a sexy, au natural look. \u201cAn unkempt body is a perhaps unforeseen corollary of the lumberjack look that has long since peaked in certain Brooklyn circles. Even the brand 2(x)ist, known for its sleekly textured models, has opted to show its underwear on the hairy frame of Nyle DiMarco, a recent winner of ‘America\u2019s Next Top Model,’\u201d says Berlinger. This natural, hot look is catching on faster than the notorious man bun and, we hope, will only keep growing (see what we did there?) in popularity!<\/p>\n
