This piece is focused on safety with sex after a heart attack. I can only imagine if you\u2019ve had the unfortunate experience of enduring a heart attack, getting back in the saddle might be a bit scary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,serif;\">According to <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,serif;\">the American Heart Association and the European Society of Cardiology people should openly talk to their physicians about sex and intimacy post a heart attack. Whether it\u2019s regarding taking Viagra, what sexual <a href=\"https:\/\/www.niteflirt.com\/search?text=positionshttps:\/\/\" target=\"_blank\">positions<\/a> are safest, or how frequently you engage in sexy time, its important and you should feel secure with asking these questions, its better to be safe then sorry! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,serif;\">&#8220;Sexual health is an important part of the overall health of the individual,<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,serif;\"><em> even for older folks<\/em>&#8220;, said Elaine Steinke, a researcher and professor of nursing at Wichita State University in Kansas. It sounds to me that resuming intimacy after heart issues is encouraged as long as you have your doctor\u2019s approval and obviously if you feel strong enough to.
