In support of today\u2019s blackout protest against PIPA (Protect IP Act) and SOPA (Stop Online Piracy Act), which are up for congressional vote in the near future, we are making an exception.<\/p>\n<p>Today, many sites such as <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Main_Page\">Wikipedia<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.com\/\">WordPress<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/www.craigslist.org\">Craigslist<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/reddit.com\/\">Reddit<\/a> are protesting SOPA and PIPA by blacking out their sites to raise awareness. Other sites, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/landing\/takeaction\/\">Google<\/a>, are making information readily available to educate users on what these bills really mean. And if you are like many of us and spend most of your time on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.niteflirt.com\/\">NiteFlirt<\/a>, and not the likes of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/\">Google<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wordpress.com\/\">WordPress<\/a>, you may not be aware of these two bills.<\/p>\n<p>Both SOPA and PIPA have good intent, stopping illegal online piracy and copyright infringement by foreign sites.
