Let Me Handle It.

You spend a lot of time thinking.
Analyzing.
Questioning yourself.

Most people do.

The interesting part is that the answer is often obvious long before they're ready to admit it.

I can usually tell within a few minutes what's actually happening.

The hesitation.
The resistance.
The part of you that already knows what you want but keeps trying to negotiate with it.

That's where things become interesting.

Because once I've figured it out, I tend to become rather direct.

I don't enjoy confusion.
I don't reward dithering.
And I have very little patience for problems that could be solved by paying attention.

You may be surprised how much easier things become when you stop arguing and start listening.

I'm not looking for blind obedience.

I'm looking for attention.
For honesty.
For the willingness to follow clear direction when it's given.

I expect you to pay attention.
I expect you to be truthful.
And when I give an instruction, I expect you to follow it properly.

Not because I'm interested in power for its own sake.

Because I know what I'm doing.

If you're looking for chaos, theatrics, or someone who needs to constantly remind you who's in charge, I'm probably not the right fit.

But if you find yourself relaxing when someone else takes control of the situation...

If clear expectations feel better than endless uncertainty...
