Hi! My name is Elizabeth. I’m 38 and a professional life coach with a background in both psychology and wellness. I was originally attracted to the field because of a desire to help other people gain clarity and happiness in their lives.

I started out working for a life coaching firm but then realized that my true passion was to be out on my own, setting my own rules for what to do and how to operate. It felt better that way. And, for the last five years, I’ve had my own life coaching practice.

I have always prided myself on being a judgment free person. This is begun to translate over to my life coaching sessions; they too are absent any judgment. I encourage the people I see to be open and honest with me about what they want; otherwise, the path to the desired goal would be disturbingly tangled. As a result of this, I’ve had a lot more people begin to open up to me about what their sexual lives are like and where they are lacking. One man was so distraught that he couldn’t bring his wife to orgasm, that I felt compelled to work with him on it.

As with any other situation, we defined the vision he had and the goal he had, we brainstormed some possible ways to achieve said goal, put in place several routines and details that were important to that and got him (and I would guess his wife) exactly what was envisioned. In the process, he became the man he wanted to be, complete with courage, confidence and self-respect.

Sexual life coaching is definitely an intriguing addition to my day-to-day life. It’s the only field of life coaching that I’ve experienced where the people whom I work with are running home to work on their assignments. Because helping people become who they want to be—who ever that might be—is one of life’s greatest pleasures for me.
