Hi all! I’m Kara! I’m a 35-year old, single woman from Chicago.

I was married during most of my twenties—probably for too long, if I’m being honest—and have really embraced my single life over the course of the last few years. I love dating, going out, and being romanced. I am quite an old school softie at heart. Nothing makes me melt like a guy who will open car doors for me or pull out my chair for me… you know, when it was safe to get into other people’s cars with them an go inside buildings to eat.

I also have to admit that I really respond well to manly men. Men who drink whiskey, wear suits, know how to build things with their hands and can change a flat tire by themselves, should the need arise. I know it’s politically correct to be woke and encourage men to get in touch with their emotions and cry and be feminine, but none of that actually turns me on. A man who knows how to take charge and make me feel like a woman? There is absolutely nothing better than that.

A few years back, I took what I thought was going to be a temporary position as an administrative assistant to a VP of a mid-sized company. I took the job because I needed to do something, and thought that I could always move on when something better came along. The funny thing, though, is that I really like the position. My boss is basically a Don Draper type, and he knows just how to word things to convey to me that I am doing what I am supposed to for him and that I am a ‘good girl’ because of it. He actually said that to me once earlier this year and I blushed so hard. I genuinely enjoy being a good girl.

So I’m not sure what I’m expecting on here, but I’m pretty excited about getting to know people and breaking up the monotony of me staying basically barricaded in my house. I am looking forward to connecting with people and hopefully developing some nice, online relationships. The logistics of having a safe date in real life right now are next to impossible, but I think having some dates on here would not only be feasible, but incredibly nice as well! I can’t wait to be your good girl!
