Using many different tools, I have built a "New You" lesson in being a better lover, person and friend all using massage, breathing and meditation. A deep study of Tantra can take a lifetime, and is not for the undisciplined or the thrill-seeker, but I am able to offer a glimpse into the world of Tantric/Tantra practice.
Tantra/Tantric is the esoteric teachings of "Self-Awareness", a belief system which originated in India, and was externally popular in the 1970s among western civilization. Tantra has become a synonym in the West for unbridled sexuality; however sexuality per se is only one facet of this elaborate spiritual practice.
