I use both direct (authoritative, paternalism) and indirect (permissive) hypnotic techniques. My method of bringing you into a hypnotic trance generally includes pyramiding a few inductions followed by a series of deepeners. A trance is a half-conscious, sleep-like state characterized by an absence of response to external stimuli and diminished or absent sensory and motor activity, in which ability to function voluntarily may be suspended, typically as induced by deep hypnosis.

I am trained and experienced in all induction and deepening methods. However, I am limited to certain types, since those I use here must be verbal. Among the techniques I employ are Elman, direct gaze, confusion, eye fixation, favorite place, fractional relaxation, staircase, elevator, snap, PMRE, and many others.

Typically, my induction and deepening process lasts about 30 minutes, so make sure you allot enough time. I suggest you have a minimum of 45 minutes in your account, before we begin, but you may need as much as 60 minutes. I won't use all of your time, just for the sake of running up my gain. I will ethically use the amount needed to get you deeply entranced and accomplish what you desire, which is predetermined by a few simple questions you answer at the beginning of our call.

The placement of triggers in your mind, as post-hypnotic suggestions (directions given to a hypnotized subject, while in a trance, that specifies an action to be performed after awakening from the trance, often in response to a cue), will produce actions and experiences on-demand.
