Making yourself Available to receive calls
The best part about having your own business is that you can set your own hours! At NiteFlirt you set your own hours by making yourself "available" to receive calls whenever you'd like. Making yourself available is like putting out a sign to the public that says "Open for Business."

Even if you're not available or busy with a call, a customer who wants to talk to you will be able to simply click the "Arrange a Call" button next to your listing title. They'll then be prompted to arrange a Call Back request specifying the amount of time they're willing to wait to be called back and the phone number at which we should call them.
Customers can arrange a Call Back with you from your home page, your listing page, a category page, or by using 1-800-TO-FLIRT and entering your extension number. We'll then email you to let you know you have a customer waiting to talk to you. You never have to miss a customer again! What's better is that more than one customer at a time can arrange a Call Back with you; they'll be placed into a queue and connected with you in the order in which they arranged the Call Back.
There are three ways to manage your availability on NiteFlirt. The most popular is by using the phone to call 1-800-TO-FLIRT (See instructions on how to do this). This availability hotline lets you turn your Call Button on or off at moment's notice without even using your computer.
You can also manage your availability at the NiteFlirt website. Simply go to your business headquarters at My Account and click "Yes" or "No" under "Availability."
If you know you will be available to receive calls at regular times--for instance,
if you have regular office hours or spend evenings at home--you can create a schedule
that automatically turns your availability on and off at specified times. Simply
go to your business headquarters at My Account,
click on "My Listings," and then on "Yes" or "No" in the availability
column on the following page. You'll be taken to a page where you can create a
schedule for this listing.
If you are unable to answer calls but forget to change your
status to not available, a customer may attempt to call you -- and receive no
answer. If this happens, we'll automatically change your status to not available
and deduct 2 points from your Feedback Rating, the measure
of an advisor's quality, reliability, and service. We want you to have the highest
possible rating--which means more calls and more money--so we urge you to manage
your availability wisely.
We'll also help you by giving you a reminder call when you're scheduled to be available on NiteFlirt. If necessary, you'll be able to make yourself not available via this reminder call to avoid missing calls.
