If you've made yourself available to receive calls and a customer clicks on your
Call Button, the customer will be prompted for his/her phone number and payment
information. We'll then connect the customer on the phone
with you via the following steps:
- We'll call the customer's telephone.
- After the call has been accepted, we'll call you at the phone number you've given to us. You can always update this number.
- When you answer your phone, the "NiteFlirt Voice" will tell you that there's a customer on the line for you and ask you to press "1" to accept the call.
- After you accept the call, The "NiteFlirt Voice" will ask you to "Introduce yourselves," and you'll be able to begin your conversation with your customer. Since NiteFlirt calls both parties, the customer never sees your phone number or personal information.
- With each minute that goes by, we'll transfer funds from the customer's NiteFlirt account into yours according to the fee that you set. If the customer runs out of funds in his/her NiteFlirt account, he/she will be prompted to add more funds so the call can continue.
- After the call, the customer will be asked to rate your service -- over the phone or on the Web -- on a scale of 1 (the lowest rating) to 5 (the highest rating). Your feedback rating will be calculated based on the ratings you receive from your callers.
