How Do Appointments Work?

Making an appointment ensures that you'll be able to talk to a flirt at a day and time that's most convenient for you.

1. If the flirt you want to talk to accepts appointments, you'll see a "Request an Appointment" link on his or her home page and listing details page. If you don't see that link, you might want to send a Mail asking them to activate their appointments links.

2. If the flirt does offer appointments, click the "Request an Appointment" link. You'll be taken through a quick process where you'll be asked to:

• Request a date and time for the appointment.

• Verify the phone number at which we'll call you.

• Place a Deposit.

You'll receive a Mail letting you know whether the flirt has accepted or declined your appointment request. Remember: you will not have a confirmed appointment with this flirt until he or she accepts your request. If you cancel the appointment before the flirt accepts your request, your deposit will be refunded.

You can keep track of all your appointments from your My Appointments page. If something comes up and you won't be able to keep an appointment, you can cancel it from that page as well.

Remember: if you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the flirt will keep your deposit.

What happens when my appointment time arrives?
We'll call you at the number you've given us, just like any call.

What if I'm on a call when my appointment time arrives?
In that case, we just won't call you -- but your deposit will be credited to the flirt, since they set aside this time to speak with you.

What if I need to change or cancel an appointment?
You can always change the time of an appointment, or even cancel it altogether, on your My Appointments page. But remember: If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit you paid to the flirt will not be refunded.

What are appointment deposits?
A deposit is the amount a customer pays from his or her account in order to reserve an appointment with a flirt. Deposits can range from $10 to $50. Flirts can choose whether or not to require a deposit.

Note: Members cannot use any type of promotional dollars (including Tell a Friend or other offers) to help pay for an appointment deposit. However, promotional dollars can be used to help pay for the appointment call itself.

How do deposits work?
If the flirt with whom a customer wants an appointment requires a deposit, it will be paid from the customer's account when he or she sends the appointment request. If the flirt declines the appointment, the deposit will be returned to the customer. If the customer cancels the request before the flirt has accepted it, the deposit will be returned to the customer's account.

The full deposit amount will be transferred into the flirt's account once the call begins.

Are deposits ever refunded?
Yes. A deposit is refunded to the customer when:

• The flirt misses or cancels the appointment call.
• The customer cancels the appointment call more than 24 hours in advance.
